- Fee to Extend Beyond 9 Months: 1 point
- LTV: Up to 80% of the Property’s Finished Value
- Amounts: Up to 100% of Purchase and Rehab costs and Closing Costs
- Cross Collateral: A lien on investor’s primary residence -or- 20% cash collateral
