The highlights are:
- Term: 6-months term
- Payments Schedule: No payments for 6 months, then Interest Only Payments
- Rate and Points – Your choice of:
- 10% & 8 points
- 15% and 5 points
- Interest Rate: 15%
- Fee to Extend Beyond 6 Months: 2 points
- LTV: Up to 73% of Finished Value of the Property
- Amounts: Up to 100% of Purchase and Rehab costs and Closing Costs
