When you have money you can buy property.

What is a Credit Partner?

All you need is a Friend, Relative or Acquaintence who has money or credit to help you out.

Why would they help you out?  Becuase it helps them out too.  You simply show your Credit Partner how they can make money along side of you by helping you fund deals.  There are lots of people out there who want to make money in real estate but need a little know-how, time or ambition.  You can supply all three!

Who do you know that might be interested in helping you? Look for someone who has a steady job and more money than time.
