We are real estate investors who experienced first hand the need for solutions to the unique money needs of investors in property.   In 2006 we started lending for the purchase and improvement of investment properties. Over the next two years we saw a need for additional funds and we began seeking out sources of funds.  Today we have direct access to over $200M in cash to lend.

We occasionally have opportunities for investors to place funds through our system of investment.
